Episode 8 Nick Byers
Nick Byers is a hilarious and kind human being. Growing up on BMX tracks he has always had an intensity and passion for what he is doing. He has attacked life with that same enthusiasm. So how do I describe a great family man and a great friend that I let grow away from me and we reconnected for a short afternoon? Those of you with friends like that will understand, those that don’t will eventually. To recap though here’s Nicks backstory, born and raised in Central Illinois, Joined the Marine Corps and Met some cool dudes, went to Pensacola and met some more cool dudes. Got a rollback into his class (me) hilarity ensued. From there we went to Marine Corps Air Station New River to learn the gentle and subtle art of V-22 Osprey maintenance. As there was only one unit at that time, we all went there literally across a parking lot. From there it was years of shenanigans with valuable life lessons along the way, road trips and enjoyment of the human experience.
This episode does not follow anything resembling a linear format and I refuse to apologize. Strap in we start out nonsensical and it goes downhill from there.
