Daniel Babcock is a wanderer above the sea and fog, and unafraid to try new things. This can be attributed to his childhood in the Christian Ministries where he bounced around Africa. From this close vantage point he witnessed the attacks on the American Embassy in Kenya and became aware of Osama Bin Ladin. With this knowledge and settling back into central Tennessee with his family as a teenager, he witnessed September 11, 2001 from the nerve center of his schools Audio/Video room and called it that Osama’s back. Trying to shy away from his destiny he unwisely listened to his family and tried to go to a technical college. The call of the wild was to strong and, he joined the Marine Corps intending to get into the embassy program. (Marine Security Guard, M.S.G.)

After Landing in the V-22 Osprey Program and slogging through the normal new guy gets the shit jobs tasking and taking it all in stride. He made a good name for himself with a solid work ethic and good attention to details in the Airframes shop. He spent some time with the criminals of 12C Corrosion Control where he was corrupted and sent to another squadron just in time for his M.S.G. packet to go through and ship off to that school.
